@paulbee Thanks mate, i'll get the wife to check her paypal when she gets home. I don't know who she thinks she sent that email to but it wasn't received by my wife not even in spam box. With that kind of attitude in her reply i'm happy for my wife to take her business else where.

BTW the online chat thing is rubbish cos it just gives you an automated reply and then asks you to email them.
