What device gives low clouds?

Will MTL give me a cough?
If you're already used to smoking, probably not. It's different for everybody though.

If you're concerned about coughing, try starting on low nic juices and graduate up.

Will MTL give me a cough?

It is not uncommon for smokers who switch to vaping to initially find it makes them cough, I did when I switched (mtl) but it soon goes away. I've never vaped dtl so can't say if it is the same.

some people do get a cough at first. this can be part of the detox process while your lungs are clearing out all the shite from your previous years of smoking. this varies and can last a week or two but then saying that some dont cough at all.
all youve got to remember is its 95% safer than smoking

This is an excellent MTL/RDL kit:

Innokin Z50: https://choppavapes.com/product/innokin-coolfire-z50-kit/

It has an internal battery and comes with two different "Z" coils so you can see which type you like best.

A bit less wasteful than pod systems as you only need to throw away the coils rather than a whole plastic pod. Probably works out a bit cheaper in the long run too (the Z coils are around £8 or £9 for 5 versus the same price for 2 or 3 pods, depending on brand).

I suggested this to a mate who used to smoke 20-30 rollies a day and didn't want a vape kit that was a hassle to use, and he loves it. I also have the Z80 kit which is basically the same but with a replaceable battery.

Please comment on the following potential purchase, to see if I've understood correctly. I'm looking for a MTL. I think this includes all the bits I need.

Zelos 3 kit, includes a rechargeable battery £38.99
https://www.ecigarettedirect.co.uk/aspire-zelos-3

5 x 1.8 ohm nautilus coils (because it is for MTL) £8.99
https://www.ecigarettedirect.co.uk/aspire-nautilus-coils

For liquid, I need some kind of 50/50 stuff. Although some people do low nicotine nic salt (I would want 3mg or 6mg) mostly it is too high for want I want. So, as I understand it, I get nicotine shots and mix it with flavoured liquid.

the zelos 3 has a built in battery that cannot be replaced.
coils spot on. ive been using 1,8ohm for almost 8 years. my first ever real tank used these.

if you buy 10ml bottles of juice you do not need the nic shots as 10ml come pre mixed with nicotine. usually in 3,6,9,12,18mg

nicotine shots are only needed if you buy larger shortfill bottles of 50ml or 100ml which have zero nicotine in them. if you add 1 nic shot to 50ml it will make 60ml at 3mg nicotine strength.

i think nic salts depending on make can come in 5mg, 10mg 20mg

what sort of flavours are you thinking of trying. then others can recommend the good ones.

tbh i think to start with just buy a handfull of 10ml bottles
if you want to save money then these are only £1-2 for 10ml

Is it a deal braker to get a mod with a built in battery that can't be replaced? I thought it would probably last longer than I need before moving onto a new device, in a couple of years say.

The dinner lady names are amazing. Lemon sherberts, my man! They are 10mg minimum nicotine, so they are pretty strong?

For flavours, I think
a) something lemony
b) berries of some kind
c) do they do chocolate?
d) custard stuff
e) bubble gum

I am starting to understand what is going on with this vape business. Thanks for all the help.

Built in batteries are probably easier to start out with, and they should have a decent lifespan. The only real downside is when the battery runs out and leaves you unable to vape until its charged.

Dinner Lady are a great brand, and one of the few who do a good lemon liquid that doesn't taste like air freshener or toilet cleaner.

I'd also highly recommend the Supergood Butter range, especially 02 and 06. I think 03 is a lemony one too. @MrDJ is a fellow Butter 02 lover, and also the man to ask about custards.

If the liquids are salts you might want to go 20mg to start with as salts are a lot smoother than freebase liquids (although salts do enter the bloodstream quicker).

sorry, my mistake. the link to vape potions look like all nic salts. you can buy the standard from link below.

their lemon tart has won so many awards worldwide and what made dinner lady go from a decent company to an outstanding company.

best look here. first one is the lemon tart and available in 3,6,12mg https://www.vapedinnerlady.com/collections/50-50-10ml-e-liquids
they have released so many new flavours but ive not tried a lot of them.

there are a few chocolate out there but best leave them for now as they are in larger 50ml bottles.
same for custards which are my fave, they are also in larger bottles so best get started on the 10ml to start with as last thing you need is to buy large then not like them.

the daddy of all fruit berry vapes is hiesenburg from vampire vapes. its a bit of a marmite flavour though as you either love it or hate it. dark berries and aniseed but its a flavour that you cant get rid of. once its been in your tank the taste lingers no matter what other flavours you use in it.

apples and pears from drip drop is a really nice mix. bought 10 bottles last time i ordered as well as 500ml of custard.

apart from that ive not bought many 10ml bottles in years so hopefully others will advise other flavours worth trying.

edit

as @JohnNada mentioned, another fave of mine is butter number 2 but i think as its 70vg thicker juice it would clog up your 1.8 coils really fast.
and the higher the vg the bigger the clouds which youve mentioned you didnt want.

edit edit

back to the built in batteries. ive got at least 9 internal mod batteries which are over 6 years old and still working perfectly. they are just easier for beginners as otherwise you would have to buy 18650 batteries and an external charger.

20mg sounds like a lot, or is the rating for nic salts different to freebasing values? I was thinking of going for a 3mg juice.
