I’m abit like that with my 2K16 doggies... They just work and I can’t seem to find anything else that is better (though I’m sure there is)

I keep spending on tanks in the hope that I’ll find something to take over from the trusty Doggystyle, but over and over again the new stuff ends up in the drawer and I carry on with the old Doggy.
You’re right, they just work, simple, reliable and to be honest all I need, but still I search and spend, when you find something better give me a shout.

Yep will do,,,, I get on Ok with the Glaz mini,,,,,, but still have 2 or 3 doggies on the go. TBH I don’t know why I bother looking for something else..... They work for me so should just leave it at that. BUT we never do or will

@JackyLFC Thanks for that, Let me know how you get on with it please, from what i have seen it looks pretty straight forward.

Had a little go last night, id had a few tinnies so it wasn't too successful, wire just bunching up. Had another go this morning and managed a decent little fused clapton, i think it's all in the tension of the spool, started it off with little to none and it would bunch up, couple turns on the nut and a lil nudge with the finger and off it went claptoning perfectly. Takes a bit of fiddling but seems to be working great!

That's a nice first attempt though, can't wait to get one now but there are a few other things i want first, did you have any problem with the wire reels on the jig, i seen that some reels don't fit, don't know if that was the Daedalus Pro or the first one,. Also which coil wire brand do you use and where from, everytime i have bought wire it never comes on a spool. Thanks for the update @JackyLFC

I have only used the spool that came with it so far, lightning vapes was the brand. I've some more from stealthvape and juice junkie on order so i hope they fit lol. Everyone on here recommends stealthvape for round/ribbon spools etc so if your after some give them a look.

Thanks, i have been getting it off Ebay but i was told about Stealth vape by someone a while back, thought i had bookmarked it but can't find it so have just added it now. I want to try some Stainless Steel Klaptons and they actually look cheaper than eBay.

A Vaporflask Stout for the amazing price of £8.10 . Only drawback is that it was from Vapesourcing, so I may well be waiting a few weeks or months to see the mod.
