What ever happened to the old fave genesis atty?

Was dusting and cleaning my collection last night and retiring some to Thier boxes. When I changed across the kraken. Was a banging vape back in the day. So. After a sonic clean wick and build. Followed by a couple of expletives as I picked at the mesh with a pin to remove the hotspots. And I was back to vaping on mesh. Full on flavour and a nice warm vape. Or is it that we simply just got lazy with all the pods out there?

Sadly I think your last quote is true. People fine pod systems more convenient. Me myself prefers a good old fashioned rta/RDA.

IMO you can't beat them for flavour or production. What's the land fill sites going to look like in the years to come? Full of dead pods and dispos (don't get me started on them). Yet makes me giggle. All those eco warriors out there vaping away on something that they just going to throw in the bin. My waste a bit of cotton and some kanthal nichrome or SS.

Looking at my collection I still have tanks I bought back in 2011. Like the old protank 1 and 2. A quick rebuild and they back to vaping. Think I still have some where an old evod and an innokin iclear 30 with the old SVD and the 134. Ok extreme example as im a bit of a tart when it comes to shiny stuff lol.

At least we can say we lived through the golden years of vaping. When everything was new and innovative.

Funny you should mention that. Just purchased a nitrous zaion. Comming tomorrow. Was the stainless wicks and the rdta style bridge that swung me.

I struggled to get gennies to work consistently, had a Kraken and some other one, moved them on, but when they worked I agree the vape and flavour was the best I've ever had, got more time and patience these days so you never know might give them another go, @Rob was a big fan if I remember right.

I bought a bb gen but tbh, the mesh sheet and the atty are still in their packaging cos I just look at it and go.... nahhhh, not today.
