I tend to fluctuate between 12 & 18mg. Started off at 24mg but only been off the stickies just under 2 months

Well, I am officially on 0 now... Caught a cold 4 days ago. Was proper sick with fever and earache and painful joints and the lot. Didn't feel like Vaping the first day, developed a nasty cough on day 2 and can't vape right now. But it isn't hard at all. Nothing like not smoking would have been. Occasionally I get a feeling that I would like to. Same kind of feeling I have for a cup of coffee or a slice of cheesecake. The next cough attack (never more that 5 mins away) soon reminds me why I can't vape.
Bloody Sahara sand doesn't help... Oh and the neighbours are taking down a chimney together with 200 years of soot inside it and the roof ....

Still off the vape and the fags. I think my lung would kill me if I tried either. It's having a serious attempt as it is..
Good news is, I am no longer in danger of getting killed by a chimney thanks to the lovely builder. Bad news all the dust in the air outside is keeping me locked indoors.
Still not getting cravings. Sitting here pondering if I should just give up Vaping as well...
