What mg of nicotine are you using?

18mg day to day. I recently got a kfl+ and am thinking I should reduce the butterscotch I use in that to 12mg, I cant bloody sleep when I have been vaping that, lol.

I use 24mg the majority of times, unless I use the Grizwalds stuff at 30mg or the El Toro at 18mg. I have no problems with the levels I am at but, in view if the likely legalionisering of Vape laws in the future, I suppose I ought to train myself to something around the 1.0mg level

First bottle I got was 18, nearly blew my head off! On 6 now, with the intention of getting 0 when I find a nice shop and flavour for it, as I've not had much luck with 0 so far

To be honest I don't think I will use a vaporiser again

We started on 18mg after. Giving up the stinkies nearly 3 months ago.
Now dropped to 16mg, and will shortly drop further to 14mg.

The plan is to get down to 6mg eventually.

Started on 18-24mg now on 3-6mg :-P

But thats mainly due to going from a CE4s at 1.8ohm to RDAs at 0.2ohm
