Ranging wildly between 0 and 12 now. 18 in a tank is now noticeably rough to me, as is 12 in a dripper.

i started on 12mg now I'm on 3mg, thinking of going nic free in the next couple of months.

Been happy with 12mg in a kayfun and approx 6mg dripping.. Tried 12mg in cthulhu fucking fuck. That was soon emptied and filled with 6mg

Gone from 18mg to 6 mg in the 9 months I've been vaping[emoji106]

But just rebuilt my UTA at 0.6ohm and wound the MOD upto 30w it blew my fucking head off.

Accidentally filled the tank with a bottle of 18 mg chefs vapour [emoji13]

Moral of the story -- always check what your vaping is what you fucking ordered[emoji35]

I normally use 3 or nic free these days but I've got some 6mg from chefs vapour twisted. My throats actually hurting after a day off it. Back to 3 in the morning!

My intake varies quite a bit based on device and flavour, from 8-12 in a tank to 3 in a dripper

This thread begs the question if we are cutting down nic because we are vaping more or vaping more because we are cutting down nic?

Yep.
Personally I think it is circular, ie it works both ways.
I do know that I vape a bit less nicotine overall than I did in my first few months of vaping but vape about 3 times what I used to on my protank minis.
Since settling on my kit, nicotine consumption and juice quantity are pretty stable.
I have considered increasing the nicotine strength to see if I reduce my vaping.
From a health perspective vaping a little strong nicotine is probably better than a lot of week nicotine.
Problem is that a lot of us are as addicted to the process as much as the drug.
So there lies a conundrum.
