I started on 12mg thirteen days ago when I quit but had to go down to 6mg as it was killing my throat

3 if i have it but at the minute im using all my stocked 6mg up

6 is a bit harsh in a powerful set up lately for me

when i use a nautilus or similar ill have 12mg but no more

Im pretty much same 6 especially in a powerful flavour juice like manabush is a tiny bit harsh on the throat but I do like a slight feel so it's hard

Some juices are like fresh air even at 6 so I can cut them down no problem
