What wire and gauge?

whether any particular wire will work “better” or not might be negligble. @John R above has said he uses 316L for temp control and he knows a fair bit about it, so away you go and order a spool

I'm not sure why but I thought L was 0.000092, but its 0.00092 ‍ I've got a 10m spool of Pure Nickel Ni200 it was £1 ill try that first its 0.00620 so should TC well. I am getting some S316 or S316L at some point hopefully with free postage.

AFAIR its a flavour of NiChrome, useless for TC. That doesn't make the wire shit, just TC isn't it's raison detre...

Technically Nichrome is 0.00040 but I don't believe any mod will work with a number that low.

316 & 316L. The difference is that the 316L has less carbon. To be honest you won't notice a difference from 304 to 316, 316L in a vape. Unless you kid yourself of course!......
