That there would be a vapor giant in stacked 26650 mode. The German vapers tend to prefer these stacked we vices. I know myepack do the ehuge which is a regulated mod that can take stacked 26650 batteries. If you liked your shisha there are options now to get an atomiser which replaced the bowl of your hookah.
