Wicking Issue On Siren 2

just coiled and wicked my siren should look like this wick just touching the base of the deck

with it all screwed back together you can see the wick just toching the deck

That's an overly generous amount of cotton and looks like too much, your wick is protruding beyond the wicking channels before expanding from saturation with juice(wet wick expands), that's bound to(it will) choke up the wicking channels.

Might be fine with thinner juices, but high VG that's likely to start choking up within the day if you're vaping on it regularly.

i have no problems with it at all mate ill bring it round and you can see for yourself no leaks and wicks great

For now it does, any build works initially, keep hitting it and see how long it lasts. Fudged my second to last build with over wicking and it was less than in your pic, and you can keep your potential germs to yourself, let's keep the social distancing going, there's enough plebs undoing those efforts already.

Your use case differs quite a bit though, you vape outside (unless that's changed?), i sit at the PC constantly chugging on mine.

This guy has the right idea, although he's probably also more generous with his wicking than me still (actually probably closer to yours, lol).
