Ladies and gents being the tight git that I am I have access to 0.7mm 22 gauge 2.7ohms per meter from work we use it to cut plastic film. Can I use this to make coils I also have access to ribbon size 1/16 x 0.010" @ 2.6 ohms per meter this is used to weld the film that is cut is this any use in the coiling world

I have been trying to get some more info from the suppliers website but no joy i have a 5 kilo roll of the wire and about 3 kilos of the ribbon
The supplier is elmatic (Cardiff based company)
