The Profile stays 24mm with either cap. The Recurve PEI caps reduce that from 24mm to 22mm because the original cap is so thick. Improves the Recurve no end.

The profile conversion cap definitely reduces the size too, mine has a beauty ring with it to make it look 24mm.

Unless you mean the original caps which I now realise you can get in ultem/pei which I didn’t realise were available previously. If so you are obviously correct!
