OK, as much as I like this tank I seem to have a frustrating problem with it;
After a period of use, a couple of tanks say, a gap starts to appear around the airflow ring.
I have to take it off the mod and give it a few persuasive taps on a firm surface to get it flush again. I've tried to adjust the positive pin to pull it flush but this doesn't work.
My main concern is that I almost exclusively use this on my Nemesis, as the gap appears the positive pin is pulled up through the connector a similar distance.
Makes me a little concerned about using it on a mech.
Read on another forum about one or two others having similar problems, that's where I found the 'give it a whack' fix!
Anything similar from any Apes here? Perhaps a more permanent fix?
Cheers.

Nopeee :P

Although I have an annoying gap on the juice control, and its locked up tight xD, off to find my wrenches

As much as I love the aesthetics and vape from this tank, it's a real bugbear to me that it's not designed to be fully disassembled.

I'm not aware of the particular problem mentioned, I have though become disillusioned with the Serpent. Despite the juice flow control being wide open and trying many and various ways of wicking the Serpent doesn't wick high vg (80-90%) that well. One thing I've noticed about the airflow is that it's a noisy bugger, closed right down or full open.

Yeah it would be nice to be able to take the glass out.

I hated tanks, but now I seem to use them all the time. Serpent and Moonshot are my go to ones atm

I hated tanks and still do, I was dripping for months, thought I would try the Serpent, it was so highly regarded. Maybe it's my high vg juice but the flavour is lacking and the dry hits whilst not lemo 2 style are a pita. Started off so well, I initially thought the Serpent was "the one". The Moonshot, that's a tempting proposition but sod it, I'll stick with dripping. More time vaping, less time spent wicking and flavour searching.

I dripped for nearly 2 years solid :P

I run 80VG through my serpent no problem and the moonshot :P, no dry hits so far lol

Dripping all the time got on my nerves and I need to repair my squonk. So hit the tanks xD

Holy shit, I thought I was alone! I hate tanks so much, they make me angry just looking at them haha
