Wotofo Serpent RDTA - rubber grommets

They do seem to go inside quite deeply so could well be - as @speedfreek67 says - the nozzle of your juice bottle may be too large, my grommets are not quite flush but near as dammit. Also, as I said, line up the air holes before replacing the cap and use your thumb and make sure the grommets are in place.
I checked my o ring and grommet collection, nothing similar there but I bet it must be possible to obtain an accessory baggy, I had missing or damaged parts on attys from FT and they managed to source and send me complete accessory packs which I couldn't see being sold separately.
For anyone with one of these RDTAs who hasn't realised, take out the foam insert in the box and you'll find a cheapo driver plus three sealed opaque (why?!) bags (like cafe sauce bags) and one of them contains lug screws, o rings and grommets, take them out and make sure you get them all and secure in a proper little zip baggy for safekeeping. Each bag is marked "Comp Wire" for some reason. Wotofo should have loads of these little bags and ought to provide spares, keep nagging them if you need any and nag them on FB.
The grommets look quite specific and could be tricky to make up yourself.

Thanks everyone! I use unicorn bottles for filling, so I don't think I could have damaged them that way. It could just be whoever assembled mine in the factory was a bit rough putting them in. The spares I fitted look good still and I don't want to try taking them out again in case I do more damage.

Another thought I've had was that maybe the one of my e-liquids is softening them? It's a DIY mix with TFA ripe banana, which is reportedly a tank cracker...

Grommet #3 split this morning. The hole has quite a sharp edge on it... I've contacted the shop (Gear Best) to see if they can send a replacement or some spare grommets.

Gear Best say they can't get spares from Wotofo.

I'm going to order some silicone tubing to see if I can make my own. Should be easy enough!

Personally, I would be returning the tank as faulty if I were you. I have had no such issues with mine and I can't even understand how those grommets could split. My top cap doesn't touch them, my refill bottles don't stress them, so what on Earth is causing yours to fail?

They only offered a $3 refund. I could kick-up a fuss, but their T&C say they don't cover return postage. So it would probably cost me more than I paid for it in the first place... then I'd have to wait even longer for the replacement...

The grommets on mine protrude more than the top O-ring, so removing and replacing the top cap is (was) definitely putting some stress on them. However, I thought that was the by design, because they're there to stop the juice leaking.

Anyway, it's way less hassle just to get a length of tubing off eBay, jam a bit in the hole and just trim it fit. I'll report back on how I get on.
