I've stuck this in its own thread too as it may be worth checking with all the vendor's in China apes use to.see if the policy is the same.
Sounds daft but the issue seems to have been lost in translation which has probably cost them a lot of business of late. The UK contact had no idea the policy was so broad across as many manufacturers and that putting the message up would have an effect on singular customers.
Hopefully we can get clarification on some of the other vendors.
