Acetyl proprionyl & acetoin was found to combine,and create potential harm within an e-liquid as long ago as early 2014 (maybe earlier)
It's now July 2015.

I meant that I feel the 5 pawns situation fuss was a year too late. Maybe juice venders were letting selling stuff take to much of their time back then, or maybe, even, "we test everything" is proving to be a lucrative business ideal?
I'm bitter and twisted, trust no fekkker, and firmly believe that in business, everyone has hidden agendas, whether that be to make more money, increase the size of the virtual halo that they are wearing or, simply to remain "a popular kid"

Maybe ... or maybe the fuss has much less to do with diketones in e-juice and more to do with vendors lying ... twitchiness about forthcoming regulation ... sabre rattling in an industry control battle ... or simply money.
