22mm RDA and/or Vamo5 top ring mod..??

Advice needed on the best Stainless RDA to sit nice on a Stainless Vamo5

The 501 threaded post bit in the center of the Vamo5 sits a good 2mm higher than the top screw on ring thingy (beauty ring..??) and even though the Vamo is 22mm diameter the top of the ring tapers in to about 20mm.. my Protank3 is only 18mm diameter and sits 2/3mm-ish off the top.. it all works well but just looks a bit shite compared to mechanical mods I have seen..

Stealth vape do an OCD ring which is basically a 22mm diameter St/St washer to fill the gap, works well on earlier Vamos without the taper but would not sit neat with the taper and an 18mm tank.. heres a link so you can see what I am trying (badly) to explain..

So I need a 22mm RDA and a OCD ring or the perfect solution for ALL V5 owners would be if somebody sold an untapered 22mm top collar/ring thing that was 2mm taller with an inner shoulder & all tanks would fit loads neater..

If only I could use a lathe.. this time next year I could be a millionaire lol..

Can anybody point me in the right direction for the best solution.. other than buy a mechanical mod, that I don't want to do just yet as I need to get the hang of ohms, coils & wicks first..

I think the igo w4 is but you will have trouble using anything low ohm on the vamo.

Looking at a Patriot RDA (22mm) & a Nemesis Mod (22mm) at the moment on FastTech damn they are cheap compared to UK prices..

Haha... Man do I feel stupid now..!!! I got one of them with my Protank3.. never thought of using it with the Vamo5 it was screwed onto an eGo battery in my man drawer.. just stuck it on the Vamo and it works a treat, stops the wobble and neatens it right up..

Seedy you are a star.. don't stop me feeling stupid when I had the solution sitting next to me..

Do you know the Patriot RDA..?? it is just same diameter as the Nemesis seems to match well and is only $6.00

No problem. Glad you got it sorted
I've got a few mechs and the nemesis is probably the best one. Second best is the brass m16. They both hit well.
The nem is 22 mm and most RBAs fit perfectly. The M16 is a little wider but it's such a good mech, I'm not bothered.
I haven't tried the Patriot but I believe it's 20mm so a small 1 mm lip on the nem. Smaller is better on RDAs though because the vapour and taste is better with a small chamber.

Looking on FASTTECH just cuz they are so cheap.. and I aint in a hurry, its not a genuine Nemesis or Patriot having read it properly they are only that style both are 22mm.. your thoughts on these would be appreciated.. they look good to a newbie like me and well priced..

22mm RDA's igo w2 w3 the w4 says it is but thats only because of the knurled top cap the deck itself is only 20mm the w2 and w3 are 22mm all the way around
