Maybe, but at what power levels? If you vape at typical MTL or restricted DL wattages then 26650's make sense if the extra bulk and weight isn't an issue, but if you need more than 35 to 40 watts then you'll probably find 21700s with lower capacity will give longer run time because they don't suffer as badly from voltage sag under load.

I've used around 0.15ohm resistance, so typically it is around 45-50W.
And I must admit: overall weight difference between the Thor one and Thor II is unnoticeable to me in daily use.
One difference is the touch, as Thor one is full stabwood, while the Thor II have a metal battery sleeve on the back of it.
