Stick to recommended vendors from trusted sources like here and you'll not go far wrong.

There are an ever-growing number of new-start ups run by people seeing the price they pay here and what they can buy at and think they can earn a quick buck. Their knowledge is limited and their aftercare sucks balls. The same goes for every Tom, Dick and Harriette who believe they can mix some juice in their lounge and flog it at a profit.

Caveat emptor.

They refunded me 15 days after my order was placed that is rubbish, and to be honest me and a few people I know have received rubbish service from certain vendors unlike most people in this world of vaping I won't sugarcoat absolutely everything. I can only talk about the service I've received that's why I've resorted to making my own liquids. ✌️

Then kindly review the negative vendor eview thread rules and post your comments in that section :P
 
Has anyone else had problems with orders from 28 vapes later? I ordered 15 days ago and I've received nothing but one email from them and I've now been been sent a random refund. Sick of uk vendors and the poor level of service most of them give.


Hmm, it appears you had bad luck ordering when the Vendor in question was closing down, at least they refunded you though, Can We at PoTV ask though that in future a rant / pop at a vendor is not acceptable unless or until all others avenues have been exhausted (phone / mails etc etc) then and only then can / should a Vendor be named and shamed in a public forum..just a heads up for the future :) .
 
Leisureliquids, Alchemists Cupboard, ltecigs, a heads up on some existing UK concentrates sellers that I ain't never had a problem with yet, just in case you want to know ;)
 
Trust me all the avenues have been exhausted but I'm sure everyone here really knows that replies and answers are very rare, also does no one realise that we are actually paying for services so we have the right to voice our opinions. Can I please add that I am not reviewing any vendor.

In my own experience, communication with vendors has been good. Your experience may differ and although you certainly have the right to voice your opinion, sustained rants aren't generally tolerated.
 
We shouldn't have to chase someone for something we've paid for. I'm a manager myself for a high end dept store being an E-cig vendor doesn't mean you can't respond to an email or answer a phone Lol this is hilarious.

Replies rare ???? not from any of the vendors I have used via these forums all have got back to me promptly and very courteous as well. As the mods have stated it ain't cool bashing on a good vendor you are entitled to your opinion but maybe not in the approach taken.
 
I'm not having a rant I'm just replying, You may have had different experiences to me but like I said before I'll talk about the experience I've received.
