You could try Isopropanol, but check a small piece first, as I am not sure if it would smear / make milky the Acatate.

Just remembered, when I used to work in semiconductor labs the systems had makrolon / perspex clear fronts on the, I used to clean these down with Isopropanol, and it worked fine.
