A little advice if you can help.

Evening all well I'm a long time vaper but always been a dual use person but I'm looking to kick the habit once and for all. Any tips any of you can give me to finally kick the habit?

Dont buy cigs / roll ups, if you dont have them you cant smoke them, grab a little pod /aio device and get some 20mg nic salt juice when you feel the need for a cig

Thanks cozy I have a lost vape orion dna here the original version I'll get some new pods on order. How do the nic salts compare to freebase as in the past when I've tried I haven't been able to vape anything over a 6mg and that didn't satisfy my craving.

Seriously that's the best advise I was given when I told someone I was vaping and smoking, dual fueling, they asked why are you still buying cigs, remove lighters everything, nic salts are alot smoother on the throat and allow you to vape higher strength nic, they wont give you a throat hit but the nic delivery hits very much the same way as a cigarette, they are a quick delivery but supposedly dont last as long as freebase, I dont vape freebase at all, I dont get on with it, I add a 20mg nic salt shot to my 50ml shortfills which gives me 60ml of 3mg strength juice for my subohm tanks / rdas, then I buy 10ml bottles of 20mg nic salt juices for my pod / aio devices,

No problem pal, worked for me very well, everyone is different but I just couldnt get on with freebase at all, salts worked for me, and like I said 3mg strength in subohm tanks too, but the 20mg give me a nice nic fix and not massive clouds, ideal for at work or bringing on a night out, not that there is many of them at the moment

Yep I mainly use squonkers and profile rdas for my subohm vaping, see how you get on with the 20mg then maybe try a shortfill with a nic salt shot too, all depends if you want / need the throat hit, i didn't need or enjoy it hense the salts working for me, good luck, let us know how you get on and the Orion will be good for the 20mg salts too
