Stop smoking & vape & have these lozenges for when you get cravings.
Only when you have very bad craving take a lozenge & vape too, if you like.
After about 4 weeks, Your cravings will get weaker as your body adjusts to lower levels of nicotine.
Then vaping will be sufficient

Well thanks for the advice guys 20mg nic salts are amazing I picked some up on Wednesday and haven't had a ciggy since they work so fast. I over done it at first and had a nic rush felt dizzy so now I have a few toots on the salts in my orion and then vape 0mg in my squonk to keep my hands and mouth busy
