Just read a small piece on vaping in The Guardian today. Thought I'd share.

I'll keep this article handy for next time I'm made to defend myself for vaping in public. I was told last night that vaping was a disgusting habit and I was offending the lady sat next to me because I was doing it. Funny thing was she was smoking like a trooper and appeared to see no problem with it. I was too blown away by her attitude towards vaping to have any meaningful conversation about it with her. I gave up and walked away laughing in the end.

I really don't get some people.

I hate to reduce to personal insults but she was just a fat, stupid blob that was more interested in pumping herself (and everyone around her) with all sorts of harmful shit, than take advice from me that could potentially make a positive change to her health!!

On another note the In The News section has become my new favourite place to hang out. [emoji3]

My sister had to visit the nurse lately. The nurse asked if my sister was still smoking and she replied by saying she had moved over to ecigs. The nurse responded with "still smoking then" and recorded this in her notes. Some people are just thick...

Saw my pain management consultant a while back, he asked me if I was still smoking. I said I was vape only since January. He updated my information to an ex smoker, as did the sleep clinic consultant.

Now I get to ignore both smokers and non-smokers equally in the same way I ignored non-smokers for the 20+ years when I was smoking. Cool.
