Just been following Alba Vapours update on FB... and I have to applaud them for TM'ing their Cobra and going after the people using it. Vogel shares the same sentiment I do, vendors and mod makers need to take the steps needed to protect their stuff.
So just a heads up to any vendors on here, if youre selling cobra named genny clones (badly made clones at that!) or using the Cobra name to describe them, Alba Vapours is probably going to be getting into contact with you.

[/h]What a fun day filling Intellectual property rights disputes with paypal, ebay, alibaba. vendors and still more to go. what a waste of a productive day
just because others want to get rich of someone product name. would love to see more modders do the same considering how much they make from sales.
