So far I've generally added new flavours to existing ones and let them mix for a bit. Unless I thought they'd clash then I use a different clearomizer. I quite like my frankenflavours though. I've got one with a mix of three flavours in at the moment and its lovely but I probably won't be able to mix it just like that ever again.
