Amendment to the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy

Seems possible they're preparing for the EU regulations which are likely to kick in next year ( European Commission - PRESS RELEASES - Press release - Questions & Answers: New rules for tobacco products )and want everything registered in time... can't think of any other reason at this time if they're not trying to prevent sales of such things.

I was around when paypal first emerged, i never liked them from the start & then the internet exploded & they got very popular (to say the least)
I remember people telling me all about this great way to pay for things on a computer, as if i hadn't used it before !

They have done what many other online service have achieved by being ahead of the rest, stayed the biggest. I still begrudge using paypal to this day & would like to see more alternatives & i believe it will happen too especailly as they tighten the belt to the point where people say they are fixing the standard. i can see them in the future being prosecuted. You know what happens to big companies who price fix or twist the market to their own ends.

This ok for us pre-approved companies especially juice companies like ourselves, if you're a new company or a company that has not joined Paypal yet then you will need pre-approval.

This may be ok in the UK, or EU, but PayPal has boycotted any E-cig stuff they can here in the U.S. as of late...

No per-approval process I am aware of?

I may be wrong, but it is almost as if big tobacco and big pharma cannot get the U.S. Federal or the EU governing bodies to act fast enough and they are pumping monies into local and state governing bodies and any industry that can screw with vaping....sure seems that way...jus' saying....
