An Apology from The Vaping Guru

Yup, not the same lot as far as I can see. Had a chat with Thor the other day. @Gitchy - he assured my all refunds had been sorted so will ping you a message in a sec. Someone else on this thread posted some pretty wild stuff and forgot to hit them up about their refund so will do that in a sec too.

Please make sure you keep in civil guys, stating facts is fine. If any of you are awaiting refunds still then let me know and we can try and make sure they get settled.

Yes @JustDave - that's them now. Thor told me he had learnt from his mistakes of the past so I was quite surprised to see pre order items on there. I did mention this to him and he told it was due to people coming to his new shop and asking to pre order them.

@StrawberryRipple - not sure we need the thread name changing?

Sorry bud but this thread was never an apology by TVG nor started by ray.
Its an amalgamation of a couple if not three threads merged and cleaned up by Rob as far as i remember.
Very miss leading imo but your call boss.

Thanks @junglist I have just checked through my PayPal and the card I used on it in case I had missed a refund but nothing there from them and I never received the rda I ordered.

I did request a refund through PayPal but then changed my mind and let Thor know on their Facebook page so that might have confused things as my order was reinstated on their website and marked as dispatched, even though I never received it.

Tbh it's made me very wary of ordering from anywhere I've not already had experience with.

Learnt from his mistakes? He took hundreds if not thousands of pre-orders and then didn't ship a single item. Not just pre-orders but ALL orders. He then ignored everybody and issued ZERO refunds and even ignored all communications from his customers AND PayPal so that in the end PayPal were forced to issue refunds on his behalf. They lied to me and sent me false information via PM trying to claim that I had already been refunded when they knew damn well it was a bare faced lie!

I'm all for keeping it civil mate but with all due respect I call a spade a spade and they are liars and as far as I am concerned they can fook right off. I wouldn't give them a single penny if they were the last vape supplier on the planet. I'd rather stop vaping!

I'm happy to stick to the facts and I will be more than happy to back up what I've just said and post the PM's they sent me right here for every member to see that they are liars and they cannot be trusted. A change of business name doesn't change what they did.

And for the record they didn't refund me. PayPal did. Big difference.
