I ordered a couple of bits on the 2nd, and I was expecting a bit of a wait which I didn't mind.

What surprised me was the fact that my package arrived on Tuesday, so literally no delay at all. It was well packed, and as ordered. No complaints whatsoever.

Will certainly use them again

+1 for the above. I had a very similar experience. I've always had prompt service and would highly recommend. Makes sense that it's Vendor of the Year!
