Anybody mend billet boxes?

Afternoon apes,
does anybody fix or know anyone who fixes billet boxes? mine has stopped firing & I daren't take it to bits myself as I'm sure I'd end up with more problems than when I started.

Are you sure it's broken? Mine won't fire from time to time, eventually trace it to me not doing something vital - e.g., not tightening the brass neck ring enough / batteries flat. I think also if coil is below 1.5ohm it won't fire.

...if worst comes to worst, try contacting BB direct, I'm sure they will try to help. I'm not aware of anybody in UK who does commercial repairs. Good luck!
