Utter Bollock's!!! More Government Backed Scare Stories from a Tory Rag!!! They must be getting Bored with the "we still don't know what's in them" and More Testing is needed" stories!!! al I know is I've had the same inhaler for Fifteen Month's now and I used to get one every Six Week's when I smoked!!!:wanker:

Yep, agree with all of that. Seen this research quoted elsewhere over the last 48 hours. Not good.

Hi LondonVaper, have a read here (my post #6)

The lab researchers who submitted this preliminary report are very anti e-cigs and have produced similar poorly written and hard to repeat studies before. Personally, I would take this latest one with a pinch of salt. Then, like all of the other scare stories, the media has blown it out of all proportion.

More Daily Mail propaganda.

My unscientific, unqualified interpretation of the abstract/presentation from which this DM article is cobbled...

If cell X does Y you are prone to cancer.

If cell X is mutated by N it proves you have used N.

Cell X still has to do Y for it to be an indication of cancer.

... That's my interpretation of it. Yours sincerely, knome (prone to many genetic modifications since birth)

I'll stick my hand up reading that worried me, but its the Daily Mail after all.

Think ill grab a copy of it and wipe my ass all over it, that's going in my research for 'Media Brainwashing' and scaremongering members of the public to follow what they want.

Read it again.....
Mr Spria, who presented the study’s findings at the American Association of Cancer Research’s annual meeting this week,
said he could not confirm or deny that e-cigarettes cause cancer, as the research is in its early stages.
