Aspire CF SubOhm Question

Apologies as this is a little bit of a duplicate post, but as I'm now allowed to post in the main section I'm hoping to get an answer.

I recently purchased the Aspire CF SubOhm to go with my Kanger SubTank, and it works great.

I noticed that on the battery it states that it's compatibility is 0.3-1.0ohm. Does this mean I can't use it with the 1.2ohm OCC provided? Or any non sub-ohm tanks?

Thanks - I assumed that applying a higher resistance couldn't cause any danger. Happy with less power as its a bit warm for me running at 0.5 anyway.

Maybe it's just a poorly thought-out statement as 0.3-1.0 is the sub-ohm spectrum it's capable of.
