I just wanted to leave a quick note to describe my recent transaction with Atomixani in Greece.
I brought an authentic Nemesis from the POTV classies a few weeks ago and frankly, it's amazing - so much so that I though there's a few bits I'm likely to lose or possibly damage (knowing me) during cleaning. With that in my mind, I ordered some spare parts (contacts, springs, magnets and a flat top cap to get rid of the airflow holes). Ordered Sunday night. Arrived today from Greece.
I also said that I couldn't find my Atonixani branded velvet bag to keep it in. They sent me one gratis.
A+ for customer service. I know not many of us use authentic Nemesises (Nemeses?) but if you do, it's well worth dealing with Atomixani for spares to maintain its value in the unlikely event that you ever want to sell it on.
