I know this thread is old but I have to say that I think this retailer is/has sorted themselves out.

I've placed three orders with them (two delivered, awaiting one) and everything has been spot on. Correct items in the package, well packaged and delivered quickly. The email updates are welcome too.

It wasn't getting stuff that was the problem, it was taking it back.
