I made my first bottom feeder tin mod last night and all went swimmingly well (OK soldering the + to the + ring of the 510 connector without covering the centre hole was tricky) but...
I used 2 part resin - the sort that comes in 2 tubes that squeeze stuff out in perfect proportions when you press the syringe plunger. Except it didn't and its not set properly. Boll@x am I peeved. Is there a solvent for this stuff?
