Back to school

.
I'm worried about the schools going back @Crewella so think you are right to be concerned. My lad (he splits his time between here and his Mum's) is going back to Primary next week and my wife is a secondary teacher and I'm not looking forward to it at all as they will both be in. The schools they will be going to have put some procedures in place but to me they don't seem enough at all. It's a massive concern for all of us.
Thanks. If you had a colleague who was a bit warier of you because of that, warier of sharing space and workstations, keener on disinfecting etc. .......... would you 'get' it?

Liz tells me daily I'm a child and have a brain of a 5-year-old so I'm worried but what can you do "there following the science" and all that

Honestly, I'd be more concerned if they weren't warier of me because of it. The first term back at school is notorious for kids picking up all kinds of coughs and colds and stuff from each other so someone keeping their distance from me (esp in these times) I'd totally understand.

Appreciate that, thanks. :10:

Been back at school up here for a couple of weeks, been a few outbreaks, but they are as hard as fk up here, nothing will kill the wee bastards, even the gingers are surviving much to the disappointment of their non ginger parents :D
One yesterday with 17 staff members with it and 2 pupils. Wan week back n they're saying fuck this I want a fortnight aff.

the scottish government are saying that the schools where there have been outbreaks, the weans have caught it in the community, ie out with the schools. the virus hasn’t been transmitted in the schools themselves. do they think we’re daft?

The one with 17 staff members just tells you that you are correct to say.....
