No shame in namung them, we have a poor traders thread and name forum members who take the piss - a business shouldn't be exempt from the same treatment.

can understand why you didnt want to name them,nobody likes giving vendors a bad name as misstakes can happen but imo after reading all that i think they need naming,its not like a pack of coils or some cheap item. you have spent a decent sized amount of cash with them and them taking the piss with the postage would have pushed me over the edge personally

+1 ^^^ and the others who said the same. I'm all for giving vendors a fair chance to sort issues before I start getting all pointy, but this has gone way past a fair chance.
