That's horrendous customer service. I don't know the full story but a company that is not available directly through e-mail, online form, and by phone sounds a bit dodgy to me. I can understand there being some temporary issues with server downtime effecting the e-mail service, but to have to go in to your FB account to check on updates from the vendor is pretty poor. Personally, I would have went for the refund and
purchased from a reputable vendor listed here on the forums. Sending a pricey package like that through standard mail is a bit of a joke. If you paid for SD then that is what you should receive.
If this doesn't arrive by Friday at the absolute latest, I would demand a refund due to negligence. I would like to think that they were just having a bad day, but for the issue to continue over the span of a few weeks and with the varying errors made, I would think more on the side of incompetence.
Sorry to hear about the nightmare and disappointment you have had. Hopefully the SX arrives safe and sound.
