Bad Service - UK Vendor in the Vendors List

Just think of several previous Debacle's including Flipping items and then think of Mediocre to Criminal Customer Service and Bob's yer Uncle Fanny's yer Aunt!!!
 
I actually refuse to buy stuff from these guys since they auctioned off those variants on eBay. I was waiting on that bloody list for months. Since then it got worse and their prices are ridiculous too.

That's horrendous customer service. I don't know the full story but a company that is not available directly through e-mail, online form, and by phone sounds a bit dodgy to me. I can understand there being some temporary issues with server downtime effecting the e-mail service, but to have to go in to your FB account to check on updates from the vendor is pretty poor. Personally, I would have went for the refund and purchased from a reputable vendor listed here on the forums. Sending a pricey package like that through standard mail is a bit of a joke. If you paid for SD then that is what you should receive.

If this doesn't arrive by Friday at the absolute latest, I would demand a refund due to negligence. I would like to think that they were just having a bad day, but for the issue to continue over the span of a few weeks and with the varying errors made, I would think more on the side of incompetence.

Sorry to hear about the nightmare and disappointment you have had. Hopefully the SX arrives safe and sound. ;)


An update to this: It has actually arrived and was sent 24 Signed for but the labelling on the package was not the same as you get for RMSD, and as there was no barcode or RMSD silver label that the postie could scan he did not ask for a signature, tracking is still showing it at the place it was posted - as for the bit I have highlighted - they are in the list of Vendors here.

As all sorted now so I will not name the Vendor, but agree with your comment about the email, they don't have an on-line form but only quote their email address for contact, which is okay as long as it is accessible, even on FB if you leave a message on Friday after say closing time (18:00) then they don't reply until Monday, which is not really adequate.

I can understand them having problems getting the colour I wanted which was the blue one from the supplier in China, but to not keep me informed was not good practice.

I'm glad you did finally receive it. Just put it down to a poor experience, leave whatever feedback you feel is necessary, and perhaps shop elsewhere in the future. If the vendor is listed here on the forums then you should flag the issue that has occurred on this vendors thread, so as to have it aired and responded to adequately.

Then its time to enjoy your new shiny. :D
