Roughtly cut to shape and now some grinding drilling and sanding then the other panel.

Grooved out for battery (1st pic) and up/down buttons so that when fully polished hopefully there will be no marking to see.

One panel nearly finished and the other panel have rough sketched a design to engrave onto

And with an engraved line and now just detailed engraving
