Bought my Vaporesso Target from Bold Vapes recently and when it arrived in a timely manner might I add, the picture on the sealed box showed the silver and black one. When I opened it a white one sat there in its place. Obviously a packaging error and I immediately emailed the site to inform them and was replied to almost straight away.
They had one in stock and because I couldn't wait for all the usual messing about with Royal mail and waiting for the correct one to arrive I asked if I could call and exchange in person. I live near the vendor and this wouldn't be an issue for me.
Sure enough he was happy for me to call and exchange.
I thought this was a very nice gesture allowing me to call as lots of vendors wouldn't risk it in case you were an irate customer and they could do without that hassle.
Overall my experience from this vendor has been nothing but positive.
