Hey everyone, new to the forum not a majorly long time vaper but decided to join to get more insight I guess. One main question, is there any or can you get RDAs that aren’t for sport use? Seen some on a website and said they shouldn’t be used for nicotine? I’m getting bored with using a coil. Thanks in advance

Hi mate welcome.
I don't know much about drippers but I do know people use nicotine with them.
I'm sure someone with more knowledge will help you out in a bit.

Thon 'shouldnae be used with nicotine' is a wee thing sellers/ manufacturers have to use to get round the bamstick regulations that came in in may. So ignore and despise.

Non 'sport' drippers? I hink thats another wee ' oh naw, we're no selling vape kit mate, see it's for 'sports'!!' - pish line again, ignore and despise. It's along the lines of 'legal highs' being punted as bath salts or similar pish patter.

For a more gentle yet tasty dripper go look at reviews for the Hadaly.
For a wee yet awesome bit of kit, the Oumier Wasp is worth a shot.

You can coil up a dripper to either be fairly gentle or it can go full on rocket, or even inbetween. All comes down to how and with what you make the coils with.

Get on youtube, for sure check out The Vaping Biker, and watch a few reviews and 'how do i coil a dripper'.

Or, pop along to the Emporium Vapour in partick. The wee man in there can advise and offer recommendations.

Hello @ChicoBenito1 , Nice to meet you mate !!! And what @EmbraSewerRat said, I think !!! :hmm:

An RDA is one of the many ways of vaping. It has the advantage of being one of the easiest ways of getting great flavour and clouds if MTL (Mouth to lung) vaping is your thing. It's basically a deck for building and wicking your coils with a chamber and a top cap with a drip tip for sucking the vapour. The only con with an RDA is that there is no tank for your e-liquid so you have to drip your juice onto the coils and saturate your cotton wicking, manually. This would normally give you say, 5 to 10 draws before you need to do it again.

RDAs are relatively simple and can be very cheap. There are many many different shapes and sizes available but they are all essentially the same thing.

If you give some more details of what kind of vaping you are currently doing, I am sure someone would be happy to recommend some actual RDAs for you to go out and buy.

You could also look at getting an rta (which has a tank, but you make the coils yourself) which might be more similar to what you're using now. What kind of set up have you been using?
