Boring coils vs fancy coils

I guess that with a "fancy coil" there is more surface area. If the goal is to vapourise as much juice as possible/ in the shortest time/without burning it, then more surface area is exactly what you want.

Don't get me wrong, Im not an expert and I've only built a few fancy ones, but that's my understanding.

So yes, I think (in theory) they are better.

I noticed a nice improvement with twisted coils over standard ones, but there wasn't much difference between a twisted and a clapton or the few other fancy coils i've tried so haven't bothered with any other then twisted, makes the wire a lot easier to work with too especially ni200
