The original Chi You clone (not the silver pin 4 Seasons version) was bought on release and polished with love, the engravings have faded to my eye but come up well on the photo. The threads still bear the remains of the Contralube I coated them with to improve performance and protect against corrosion/wear. It is number 2616 of a limited run of something like a million million. I do not have a letter of confirmation to prove that this is a legitimate clone of the original Chi You but I can give you a screenshot of my original FastTech order and printed copies of my complaints to their customer service about delays in delivery.
The Igo-L has been drilled out to 1.5mm to improve airflow and has seen duty across the country after it was lost in a pub. It bears marks from the drill bit which opened up the hole. It works brilliantly with a microcoil and cotton as it has been my juice tester for many months.
The Igo-W has been drilled out too and a second hole drilled on the opposite side to enable proper dual-coil action. The surround of both holes bear marks from the drill bit while I did it but I am not including a recording of all the swearing which went on or the broken drill bit created during the process.
The drippers are fully functional and were used regularly until I got a Fatty and a W3. The Chi is a brass mech mod which works like a brass mech mod should.
