I wonder what the identified risks linked to the use of electronic cigarettes are.

Lost of revenue for the government, lost of profits for tobacco companies, 10's of thousands free from tobacco addiction........ all that kind of stuff.

They can make all the rules and regulations they like. But who is going to enforce them ? The councils do not have the staff nor the money to keep checking every B & M store to make sure they comply. And who pray tell will enforce the rules in markets and car boot sales ?
Then the daddy of them all.....internet sales. Who will check every UK e-cig and juice website....there are thousands of them FFS !
At the moment the 'powers that be' cannot stop people buying and using illegal drugs. They are failing quite miserably to stop film and music piracy.
So as far as I can see it will be 'business as usual' in regard to vaping.
Keep buying and using the big tanks and big bottles and stick two fingers up to the EU !
