Breathing exercise for Covid-19

I can only sleep on my left side for some unknown reason, I don't know how some can sleep face down in bed I can't breathe laying that way.
Lay a pillow down vertically and lay on it with half your body with the pillow ending at around your shoulder. And no pillow under your head. Helps to slightly prop up one side of you so you're not totally flat.

On your side is fine anyway.

I can't lie on my side for long due to my dodgy hip. When I came down with 'flu or wotevva' in February I spent two nights sleeping in an armchair as I couldn't breathe properly lying on my back.
