I almost feel like making up a $100 dollar order and using the 11,000 points I've accumulated to order 11 aspire max mods from the gifts section to piss them off... note I said "almost"
 
@pheric and here's the crux of the problem... a lot of retail customers seem to have been assigned to wholesale accounts.... I tried with the codes over the Chinese New Year and on my account it would accept the wholesale code, but not the retail one.
I have tried contacting customer support 3 times to advise them I am a retail customer and NOT a wholesaler but they don't seem to understand the difference.

I see. The account type are based on your shopping record, if the system mistakenly give you the wrong account, you may leave your account info for us to check it for you. Thanks.
 
2 small (below $36) orders in January and February 2017 should hardly flag me up as a wholesaler!!!!
I suspect it may be down to the rewards points system.... I have gained a large number (11,000) of them from various giveaway promotions (spin the wheel type things) run during sales etc. and this needs to be looked at.
As stated I've tried 3 times already to have this issue looked at by customer support and they simply don't seem to understand the problem. The last time I didn't even get a response, previous to that it was eseentially "it's Chinese New Year in a few weeks, get your order in now or you'll run out of stock".
I've pm'd you my email address that my account is under for you to look at it.
 
Seems to be sorted... I have now been downgraded from 'gold' back to 'vape user' which means I now only have to order $25 mininimum. Shame I missed out on the lost vape coral that was on offer the other week but hey-ho.

May I ask what's the main issue you are having here? The order amount will differ depends on different coupon code, and a lot factors. You may also send us your email for us to check it for you. I will send your info for customer service team in better way, thanks.

the ISSUE I am having here is the fact that a WHOLESALE account in theory SHOULD get a better price by a way. When you have promotions the discount code you give VAPE USERS makes the total amount the same and sometimes less than the price a WHOLESALE gets.
So, therefore there is ZERO reward in having a wholesale account as there is pretty much ALWAYS a promotion on for something happening in the world

I do not have an issue with my account, what I do have an issue with is the fact that you are charging tax now and this is having a direct impact on the costs. also, you seem to have forgotten to address the MASSIVE INCREASE in the cost of shipping by DHL and UPS. You are charging almost double what you did for the same service as you did less than a month ago.
What YOUR reps told me is that the price of DHL has NOT increased where quite clearly it has. See below for the cost of sending a larger order opposed to a small order using DHL, the images are what a WHOLESALE account is charged
Please answer this one then????
