Didn't mean it as a bad thing. The more money raised the better. And you're right. She started several days ago. Guessing she's just getting the publicity now because of Cap'n Tom. I'm sure it'll give her a nice boost.

The money isn't only for the NHS, per se. It's for an assortment of charities. Tom's money will benefit over 150 charities helping staff, volunteers and patients dealing with Covid-19.
