Cheap 72mg nic post TPD

There's an interesting one, if you're not "buying" it can you get it through customs. Buy a 100ml plastic bottle, get free nic...

BTW re the original thread, the way I understand it is that a company in a country outside of the EU should not sell non TPD compliant products to an EU country - it's just that the Chinese don't give a fuck.
Actually the terminology they use is supply, this can include all the free stuff you could include with a purchase as well. Although vaping goods are new and disruptive (thus they don't know what or how to class things yet) they have been doing this a long time and know how to shut out products with the right wording.

Good point. Buggritt.

@Badboybez I think one of the problems in this discussion is that it wasn't until quite late in the discussion that you told us you bought the nicotine as a sole trader. As such, I think PlumeBlu was interpreting your posts (I know I was!) as being relevant to a non B2B consumer. PlumeBlu was highlighting the fact that according to the regulations it is actually illegal for a US business to sell nicotine base with a strength over 20mg/ml to a UK consumer (non B2B).

The OP wasn't asking about B2B, the replies to the OP weren't about B2B, PlumeBlu's reply was not about B2B, but it seems your reply was about your experience buying nic B2B.

Hi guys,

Had the admin team (that's the wife) look into this transaction today, and she says there is nothing in either of the business records for it.

So I must have ordered it as a normal customer.

So then it looks as though it’s been able to get though easily until now but they appear to be trying to clamp down by having shipping companies ask for a declaration of what’s in the package and that it’s not non tpd vape gear before they’ll send it on.

Here you go, someone posted this up this morning elsewhere as they are awaiting something clearing from overseas. Yes it's FedEX but the same applies for all carriers when they get told by customs to do so:

Sorry, I'm a bit late to this thread and it may not be a valid observation, but surely the only things FedEx might have issues with are whether or not the nic base has child-resistant and tamper evident packaging, contains the other ingredients mentioned and is labelled correctly, as the other points don't apply because it isn't an eliquid. Or is there a definition of an eliquid somewhere in the FedEx small print which includes liquids which are unvapable in their current state, such as 72mg nic base?

I'm aware any liquid containing nicotine for sale for human consumption in the UK must be max 20mg/10ml, but the regs don't seem to be what FedEx are basing that message on; they specifically say eliquid (and include nic free eliquids in the 10ml max size, which isn't a requirement under the TRPR) -- except for the packaging, ingredients and labelling bit.

Nicotine containing liquid is classified under the blanket term of eliquid also.
