Hi,
Very new to mixing, I made some custard using Capella v2 custard, and bavarian cream and a drop of ethyl maltol. I know that custards take a while to steep but it smells kinda chemically to be honest. Is this the sort of thing a steep will help with or is it just going to remain that way? how long is a basic steep before i should give it a go?
