I think waitforit88 was simply trying to point out that adding food colouring to your mixes is very unusual and it might be unwise. No need to get unpleasant about it.

It is not at all unusual to add colouring, I do so myself, for the same reason as icepie.
Pre TPD regs, so did several vendors, Scotts coloured their cherry juice red (down to my last 2 bottles)
I have still got some Jolly Roger Juices, one yellow, the other pale blue, I have some Taffy peach, yellow in colour, and what about Heisenberg.......

As for unwise, if you are implying, unhealthy, they are all used in food produce.
Good enough for me, following smoking 20 to 40 Marlborough Reds a day for 40 years I don't think inhaling food colouring can do me any more damage !
Anyway what are we talking here, about 0.5 % of a mix, what ratio do you use icepie ?

I have 8 tanks & 5 colours, so would have to buy 40 glasses !!!!!!!
Bet you can't get get coloured glass for all the tanks I have.
Then of course you would have to strip down, change the glass, and wash the old one every time you change flavour...............

Easy @icepie! I'm personally in agreement with @WaitFor1t88, I personally don't add colouring to any mixes. I wouldn't be comfortable with it.

If it is a route you want to stick with then it could be worth looking into colourings made for vaping. There is a company that do them, I'm afraid I can't remember who though. [emoji848]

As I say, I put food colouring in my mixes.
I did do some research into colouring's available on a couple of vape sites, and as far as I could make out it's exactly the same stuff, but in powder for, rather than in a liquid form, and more expensive.

yeah the glass comment was a little tongue in cheek yes, but then saying that glass cost about $1 from FT, but I still dont see the point in putting a colouring in the liquid, no compliant juices will have it as it wont pass, each to there own and all that ,as you'll be the one vaping it

Personally don't see the point of responding to a question without an answer to the question, but thanks for the offer, I will gladly accept your gift of twenty or so glasses for each of my dozen tanks to match all the colours that I like.

Come to think of it, if I knew what answer I was looking for, there wouldn't have been any point answering the question, would there? What you've done is the intellectual equivalent of responding to the question "What's two plus two?" with the answer "Blue Whale".
